POLICIES
Returns You are more than welcome to return any products to MODA, with a receipt, up to 30 days after your purchase is made. All refunds are issued in the original form of payment. If you do not have your receipt, but we have record of the purchase under your name, we can issue a store credit.
Gift Cards Gift cards MUST be present at time of redemption. Gift cards are considered cash tender and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
Quotes MODA team members cannot give price quotes for services over the phone or at the front desk. Only service providers are allowed to give guests exact quotes on the services performed. MODA only recognizes quotes written by the service providers.
There are NO REFUNDS on Gift Certificates or Services.
